Strategy
Logistics begins by developing a procurement strategy designed to address the clients budgetary, aesthetic and performance requirements. Working with the client’s architect, facilities group or CFO, we use our expertise to define ideal furniture solutions. Domestic and international search results are tailored to fulfill the project requirements, which are presented to the team. Information is modified based on client feedback, budget projects adjusted and preliminary product recommendations made.
Analysis
Due diligence analysis is only as good as the information it is based on. The strength of Logistics is based on the extent of our expertise and the ability to resource furniture options and establish appropriate product comparisons. A Logistics request for proposal establishes the project requirements and sets the framework for comparative competitive bidding. With all vendors being equal in quality and features, the client is assured the best value. Leveled bid results depict a concise picture of what the actual costs will be.
Sales
Once product decisions are made, the client has several procurement options. Manufacturer direct or dealer purchasing will be based on volume and client preferences. Logistics has no specific manufacturer affiliation which allows our clients to procure from all manufacturers. Our clients make informed decisions based on clear cut information, which is supported by their architect and facilities department. Delivery and installation are coordinated by Logistics to complete the service.
Value
Put simply, Logistic delivers the best furniture at the lowest price. Combined with the most comprehensive view of the market place, we support our recommendations with concise analysis and competitive pricing. |
